Aron Pescador is a Business Valuation Manager at Sorren, based in the firm’s Philippines office and part of the Advisory service line. A Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, Aron focuses on preparing comprehensive business valuation reports to support clients with business transitions, estate and gift tax planning, financial reporting, and other strategic or internal planning needs. He works closely with Sorren’s onshore advisory team to deliver thoughtful, high-quality analyses that help clients understand and articulate the value of their businesses.
At Sorren, Aron supports valuation engagements across a diverse set of industries, including construction, manufacturing, accommodation and food services, healthcare, wholesale trade, agriculture, information, and professional and technical services. Most clients are mid-sized, privately held businesses with typical annual revenues ranging from $2 million to $30 million, though his experience also includes multi-state clients with revenues up to $90 million. Many of the valuation reports he helps prepare are used for strategic planning purposes, such as buying or selling a business, as well as for estate and gift tax reporting.
Originally from Negros Occidental, Philippines, Aron enjoys staying active through running and unwinding by playing classic offline PC games. He is an avid reader, most recently finishing Atomic Habits by James Clear, and enjoys travel, with Sapa, Vietnam standing out as a favorite destination. Aron also values personal growth and communication, having previously served as an officer of Toastmasters International while working in Saudi Arabia—an experience that helped strengthen skills he continues to apply professionally. One of his long-term personal goals is to complete a full marathon, building on the half-marathons he has already completed.
