Christian Tolero is a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager at Sorren, based in the firm’s Philippines office. With more than 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, Christian supports clients by bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to their financial operations—particularly in fast-growing and complex environments.

Throughout his career, Christian has held a wide range of responsibilities, including financial reporting, FP&A, general ledger management, account reconciliations, process documentation, and team leadership. He has worked extensively with startups, outsourcing and offshoring firms, real estate organizations, and nonprofit entities, supporting clients that range from early-stage ventures to larger, multi-entity and multi-region organizations with revenues between $1 million and $50 million.

At Sorren, Christian brings a proactive, globally minded approach shaped by experience working with teams across APAC, Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. He values helping clients make sense of their numbers and believes that clear, reliable financial information empowers better decision-making and long-term confidence.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Financial Management from St. Peter’s College of Ormoc and earned his MBA from AMA University while working full-time—an accomplishment that reflects his discipline and commitment to growth. Outside of work, he enjoys playing mobile games as a way to relax and connect with friends, traveling within the Philippines, and reading about strategy and human behavior. He describes himself as naturally introverted, valuing quiet time and reflection after busy days.
